Try using the CORRECT title of the song..which is… 25 or 6 to 4… Not 24….
Love the remix! Too bad there’s no full version of the tune. It really rocks! I grew up in the 70’s with the original song, and even liked the remake they did in the mid-80’s.
Band Chicago. 25 or 6 to 4.
Looks like they touched upon a possible earth shattering hit but don’t have more available. Too bad
Great song by Chicago and I like the tv ad remix
One fabulous commercial. Period.
Sounds like a Green Day song.
This is a great remix very inspirational when combined with the US Army
vision…it would be great to download
Thanks for this forum and for the identifying the origin
Still nothing on the song?
That’s ozzy at the end!
Peter Cetera on original vocals. Song title is 25 or 6 to 4 originally by the band Chicago in 1970. The remix is dope though.
You’ve posted the ad agency and the band that did the remix – what further information are you seeking on this song? Where to purchase a full-length version, or…? Happy to help with the research, if I know what you’re seeking 🙂
Further thought:
Wow, the commercial looks just like a superhero movie videogame – a new way to recruit non-critical-thinkers from their couches to go fight out there in real life. I’ve got some seriously mixed feelings on it (assuming anyone cares 🙂
Love/hate: One the one hand, grateful for our soldiers’ military service, and understanding the necessary evil of new teams being needed regularly (especially as we make ourselves soooo unlikeable worldwide :/)…but on the other hand, this commercial seems a bit predatory in its slickness – like a majorly misleading advert to target young undiscerning minds raised on videogames, where they could play without consequences. (Not an exact parallel, but the tobacco industry got busted for designing ads to appeal to young smokers (below the legal smoking age) to get them hooked on nicotine early. Those in the military are over the legal age, but it’s still a bit disturbing.)
But must admit – if I’m the military, where else would we go to find youth to get onboard these days? Is seemingly predatory advertising bad when it’s used for this purpose? Would this type of advertising be allowed for some other method of high-risk activity not officially sanctioned by the federal government?
So…moral dilemma. An excellently-executed, stylishly sexy recruitment…for future violence, death, and/or emotional trauma, and PTSD. The “what” is gorgeous. The “why” and “how” are troubling.
Is its sleek appeal justifiable on the presumption that it is necessary? 🙂
Incidentally, what the hell is “What’s Your Warrior?” supposed to mean? Is that like “Think Different” rather than differently? “Because, internet”? Clearly, I am too stupid to join the army, as I cannot even understand its grammar. Will my commanding officer be giving me orders in this gibberish and how will I know how to follow? 🙂
