This is a commercial ad of USPS. This commercial was released in November 2016 in United States. Under the title of “USPS: Surprise Encounter”.

The United States Postal Service makes more holiday deliveries to homes than anyone else in the country. With one notable exception: Santa. So, you could say the USPS and Santa are in the same business. They just use a different kind of magic.

It was done by McCann, New York advertising agency. And the commercial by Production Company is Hungry Man and is directed by Bryan Buckley.
